Step one: Primary dewatered sludge (around 80% moisture content) and sludge modifier are mixed quickly and evenly in the sludge modifier mixer. Through the action of the modifier, it destroys the cell wall and changes the sludge particle structure, which makes the sludge granular and increases the porosity and improves the subsequent dewatering effect. Second step: Modified sludge is sent to high pressure belt machine to realize sludge dewatering under high pressure and two-dimensional pressing. According to the theory of filtration and pressing, the thinner the cake, the larger the porosity of the cake, the lower the filtration resistance, and the better the effect of filtration and pressing. After pressing, the sludge cake is only in the form of 5~10mm flakes, and the water content of sludge is reduced to 55%~70% (the water content of sludge cake can be adjusted according to the requirements of treatment), which is easy to be crushed, and the water-holding capacity is greatly reduced. The third step: After dewatering sludge internal fine particles increase, water out, pore reduction, sludge appearance is fluffy state, easy to follow up treatment. which is easy to be crushed, and the water-holding capacity is greatly reduced.
