Water Management Technology
The water supply system employs a dual-source approach—utilizing both the municipal network and a storage tank—to ensure reliability. The DN150 main pipeline delivers 500 m³ of water daily, supported by a 500 m³ storage tank and deep-well pumps to handle any potential interruptions. Three separate variable-frequency-driven water distribution lines are in place, equipped with 304 stainless steel piping that meets the diverse water pressure and quality requirements for production, environmental protection, and domestic use. At the wastewater treatment end, the system features a comprehensive treatment process—including grating, coagulation-flocculation, UASB anaerobic digestion, and MBR membrane bioreactor—capable of processing 200 m³ of wastewater daily, with 60% of it being recycled. Additionally, the facility incorporates advanced technologies such as sludge dewatering for reuse, dust recovery systems, and biogas combustion, while real-time online monitoring ensures continuous tracking of water quality and seamless integration with the provincial-level platform. Total investment stands at 3.8 million yuan, with a construction timeline of just three months. The operation and maintenance team consists of three dedicated personnel who oversee the system’s smooth functioning, ensuring compliance with stringent first-class emission standards.
