For wastewater management, industrial effluents undergo treatment using a process that includes "grating + equalization basin + coagulation and sedimentation," capable of handling up to 200 m³ per day—60% of which is recycled. Sludge generated from talc powder processing is dewatered for reuse, while dust and biogas are managed properly. Additionally, the system features real-time monitoring and is overseen by dedicated personnel. The entire project requires a total investment of 3.8 million yuan, with a construction period of 3 months, and will be supported by a team of 3 operations and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operation.
