Soil Remediation

Pollution Investigation : Priority will be given to soil sampling and testing around the raw material storage area within the plant premises and the wastewater treatment station, with a focus on identifying any residual talc powder, heavy metal contamination, and organic pollutant levels.
Repair technology For soil contaminated by talc powder dust accumulation, an "off-site screening + recycling" process is employed: After screening, the recovered talc powder is reused in the production of lower-grade products. Slightly contaminated soil undergoes bioremediation using functional microorganisms to degrade organic pollutants, while heavily polluted areas are treated with chemical washing (using environmentally friendly flushing agents) followed by solidification and stabilization.
Long-term control and management : After remediation, regular soil monitoring will be conducted, and the plant area will be divided into impermeable zones (by laying HDPE liner membranes) to prevent contamination from leaking production wastewater and solid waste. Additionally, a soil quality database will be established to support annual assessments by environmental authorities, ensuring that the soil environment meets regulatory standards.
