Noise Control

Source control: For high-noise equipment such as grinders and fans (85–100 dB), install damping vibration pads and soundproof enclosures, and equip fan inlets with silencers to minimize operational noise. Additionally, opt for low-noise variable-frequency pumps and air compressors to reduce noise generation at the source.
Transmission interruption: In the production workshop, plant trees and shrubs as a soundproofing barrier between the office area and the factory boundaries (with a width of 5–8 meters). Additionally, the workshop walls will be filled with sound-absorbing cotton, and windows will be fitted with double-layered, hollow, soundproof glass to minimize noise transmission.
Monitoring and Protection: Noise monitoring points are set up at the factory boundaries and inside workshops for regular testing (ensuring that noise levels at the plant boundary comply with Class 3 standards outlined in the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises' Boundaries" GB12348-2008). Additionally, earplugs, earmuffs, and other protective equipment are provided to operations and maintenance personnel, and noise protection training is conducted.
