Working Processes
When the machine starts runing the sludge is pushed ino the filter cartridge from the feed inlet and then moves to the sludge cake oulet uder he pushing of helical axis blades. Because the gaps among the helieal axis blades will gradually get narrower and narrower,the sludge is under heavier and heaviepressure. then the water gradually comes out from it as a result of pressue differential and issues from the filering space between the fixed plates and the moving plates. Relying on the self-cleaning fuction of the fixed plates and the moving plates. clogging can be avoided. At last the sludge cakes arpushed by helical axis after being fully dewatered and then discharged from the diseharge outlet.
