Clarifier lamella is a kind of sedimentation tank designed according to the theory of shallow pool sedimentation. Dense inclined tubes or inclined plates are set up in the sedimentation area, so that the suspended impurities in the water will be precipitated in the inclined tubes or inclined plates, the water will flow upward along the inclined plates or inclined tubes, and the separated mud and slag will slide downward along the inclined plates to the bottom of the tank under the effect of gravity. This kind of pool can improve the sedimentation efficiency. According to the data of the original wastewater to design different flow rate of the Clarifier lamella, the use of general flocculant, the suspended solids in the original water or by adding coagulant after the formation of floc alumina, in the inclined tube bottom side of the surface set into a thin layer of mud, relying on gravity to slide back to the mud slag suspension layer, followed by sinking into the sludge collection hopper.

Working Processes
1、Flocculation reaction area; Multi-stage reaction stirrer, the stirring speed is gradually changed from fast to slow, so that the flocculant and sewage are fully mixed to achieve better flocculation. The flocculation reaction area is set with high and low staggered water inlet and outlet to make the mixture get better reaction and prolong the flocculation residence time.
2、Sedimentation area; set horizontal water distribution device for even water intake. The middle part of the settling area adopts porous inclined tube packing, which reduces the flow space of the mixed liquid, thus achieving the effect of rapid settling. Inclined plate sedimentation tank is set at the bottom, which is good for sedimentation of suspended matter and activated sludge. The bottom of the sedimentation tank is equipped with a 120-degree downward porous sludge discharge pipe, which is conducive to the uniform discharge of sludge. The upper part of the sedimentation area is equipped with a water outlet weir, so that the clear water can be evenly and stably discharged after sedimentation.
