Process Flow Chart

 

.The AAO-MBBR+ filtration system is an integrated wastewater treatment unit based on the MBBR process utilizing biofilm technology, combining biological filtration with biofilm processes. 
.Subsequently, the wastewater enters the aerobic tank, where it is treated by the biofilm on the suspended fillers under aeration conditions.
.The sewage is collected into the equipment and first enters the solid-liquid separation tank for pretreatment. Under the condition of anoxic environment, the biofilm on the filler degrades organic matter and removes large particles and suspended solids to improve the biodegradability of sewage; 
.The bottom nitrification liquid is refluxed to the front anoxic pool for denitrification treatment, and the phosphorus is removed by electric discharge; 
.The treated water then enters a biological filter tank for filtration, removing suspended solids. Finally, it flows into the disinfection tank, where chlorine tablets disinfect the water to complete the final treatment process.
