Overview
PS decanter is the most commonly used key mechanical equipment in the SBR method, CASS method and other wastewater treatment processes, it can be automatically lifted and lowered with the water level changes in the drainage stage, the treated clear liquid from the surface discharge, and the surface scum is effectively retained in the reaction tank.
Note:
1. The table in the main DN corresponds to one end of the outflow, the minimum water level in the pool and the pool outside the minimum water level difference of 0.5m;
2. Weir length L = Q / 3.6u, combined with the process requirements to adjust and determine.
3. The above table: Q ≤ 800m3 / h corresponds to a single lifting point, Q > 800m3 / h corresponds to a double lifting point.
Working Processes
The decanter is mainly composed of float, collecting tank, branch pipe, support, rotary joint, power unit, control system and so on. When decanting is required, the control element gives a signal to instruct the driving mechanism to work, and the driving mechanism drives the decanter device and skimmer float device to rotate around the slewing support and descend rapidly through the retractable push rod. When the weir is submerged under the water surface 50~60mm, the electrical component sends out a signal, and the driving mechanism descends at a set speed, completing the even amount of water decanting. When the end of decanting, the lowest limit signal is given by the liquid level controller, the motor quickly reverses, pulls the decanting tank upward, returns to the pre-embedded position, and waits for the next cycle.
Sequential batch activated sludge method (SBR method) for sewage treatment, with simple process, less investment and other advantages, the development is very rapid, the following figure indicates the main process is divided into: water intake, aeration, sedimentation, drainage, idle. Decanter is mainly used for drainage, that is, to exclude the upper clear liquid in the reaction pool, can realize the purpose of automatic control, cycle operation.
