On April 28, Huahong Water Services Group organized a specialized training session on the “T/GXAS 1105—2025 Group Standard: FHG‑Type Reverse‑Lifting Bar Screen Cleaner,” issued by the Guangxi Standardization Association. The training was jointly conducted by the Technology Research Institute and the Operations Department, adopting a hybrid online–offline format, and was attended by the group’s technical core personnel as well as staff from safety production and related roles.
HuaHong Water Services Group and HuaHong Equipment Factory, as drafting entities of this group standard, participated throughout the entire standard‑development process. This standard clearly defines the terms and definitions for FHG‑type rake‑type screen cleaners, specifies requirements for product structure and model designation, technical specifications, labeling, packaging, as well as transportation and storage, and sets out detailed test methods and inspection rules. It applies to FHG‑type rake‑type screen cleaners used in urban drainage projects.
Technical personnel and production‑operation team members from all subsidiaries and operating projects—covering more than 100 wastewater treatment plants and stations—participated in this training. Through the program, participants gained a deeper understanding of the standard requirements and operational procedures for FHG‑type reverse‑grating trash‑removal machines, strengthening their capabilities in safe equipment operation, routine inspections, fault troubleshooting, and standardized maintenance. This has laid a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of wastewater treatment facilities, as well as for improving quality and efficiency.
