Currently, in small-scale wastewater treatment plants and industrial wastewater facilities, it is essential to remove organic suspended solids and activated sludge from the sewage. Traditional processes, however, suffer from long treatment times and poor efficiency. To address space constraints or cost considerations, operators often focus on improving sedimentation efficiency—specifically, by reducing both the settling distance and time for organic suspended solids and activated sludge. Meanwhile, the flocculation process involves the natural attraction between tiny colloidal particles and dispersed matter in water, enabling them to clump together and form larger flocs. By optimizing the operational conditions throughout the entire process, our company has developed and manufactured an integrated flocculation-and-settling system tailored to meet these specific requirements. This innovative equipment not only shortens the settling time for suspended particles and sludge but also enhances floc collision and aggregation, leading to larger particle sizes. As a result, the settling velocity increases with depth, significantly cutting down capital investment while boosting overall economic efficiency.
