The central-drive sludge scraper primarily consists of components such as a reduction drive mechanism, a vertical transmission shaft, scraper arms, underwater bearings, and sludge-scraping blades for the collection trough. The entire load of the sludge scraper is concentrated at the center of the fixed crossbeam bridge that spans the tank diameter. Raw water enters through a central distribution cylinder, spreading radially toward the peripheral overflow channels around the tank. As the flow velocity slows down, suspended solids in the water are separated and settle to the bottom of the tank, while the clarified supernatant liquid is discharged outside the tank via an overflow weir. Through the reduction drive system and suspension-mounted components, the scraper blades efficiently collect the sludge into the central collection trough, which is then removed from the tank either by hydrostatic pressure or by pumping. This design features intermediate inflow and sludge discharge, combined with peripheral outflow, ensuring uniform water flow distribution. Additionally, it employs a self-suction sludge removal method driven by the liquid level difference, along with a scum-skimming and removal system, as well as an overload protection mechanism. Furthermore, the control system can be networked with a microcomputer according to user requirements.
The integrated phosphorus-removal air flotation unit is a machine that uses small or microbubbles to lift impurities in the medium to the water surface. In water and wastewater treatment processes, solid-liquid separation technologies and equipment are among the critical steps. For removing tiny suspended particles with densities close to water, air flotation stands out as the most effective method. This technology boasts advantages such as low investment, minimal land footprint, high automation, and easy operation and management. As a result, it is widely applied in treating industrial wastewater from sectors like oil refining, chemical processing, brewing, vegetable oil production and refining, meat processing, electroplating, and textile dyeing, as well as municipal sewage.
The distributor is used for diverting water flow in hydrolysis-acidification tanks treating municipal domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. Its water-distribution system ensures even water distribution, guaranteeing that each unit area of the hydrolysis-acidification tank receives a nearly identical inflow rate. This effectively addresses the challenge of uneven water distribution, making it a new, highly efficient water-splitting device designed for advanced purification processes.
In the preliminary stages of wastewater treatment, this equipment efficiently intercepts and removes various solid particles and floating debris, ensuring that subsequent treatment processes run smoothly. It serves as a critical component in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment systems—particularly for industries like textiles and paper manufacturing—where it plays a vital role in trapping contaminants and removing sludge. The machine features a unique grate system composed of toothed bars, a rotating shaft, and chain plates, replacing the traditional bar-style grates. As the grate network rotates within the machine frame, it continuously captures suspended solids from the wastewater while simultaneously separating these materials from the water flow. This design delivers high operational efficiency, smooth performance, minimal head loss between the upstream and downstream sides of the grate, and significantly reduces the risk of clogging.
On September 11, Lin Jinhua, Executive Director of the China Environmental Protection Industry Association, Executive Vice Chairman of the Guangxi Environmental Protection Industry Association, Executive Chairman of the Guangxi Fujian General Chamber of Commerce, President of the Nanning Fuzhou Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of Huahong Water Group, was invited to attend an important meeting chaired by Chen Gang, Secretary of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee, and Wei Tao, Chairman of the Regional People’s Government, focused on "Continuously Unleashing New Momentum for Private Sector Development Through Building a Unified National Market."
On September 3, Beijing's Tiananmen Square hosted a grand ceremony commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. To promote patriotic spirit and draw strength for future progress, Huahong Water Group headquarters and its various subsidiaries organized employees to watch the live broadcast of the ceremony and the military parade.
On the afternoon of May 7, He Shanghan, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Wuxiang New Area (Nanning Area of the Free Trade Pilot Zone), led a team to the Huahong Mingyang Reclaimed Water Plant for a special research visit on ecological and environmental protection. The focus was on closely monitoring efforts to tackle pollution control and implementing improvements following the Central Environmental Inspection. Representatives from relevant departments—including officials from Nanning Jiangnan District Government, Nanning Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone Ecological Environment Bureau—as well as enterprise representatives, joined the inspection.
Recently, Huahong Water Group held a training session to promote and implement the group standard "Technical Specifications for Identifying Safety Hazards in Urban Wastewater Treatment Facilities," aiming to enhance the company's safety management practices at wastewater treatment plants and ensure the stable operation of its wastewater projects.
On the traditional Chinese folk festival day of February 2, "Dragon Raises Its Head," as spring dragons lift their heads and all things seem renewed, with shimmering waters rippling to usher in a new chapter, Lin Jinhua, Chairman of Huahong Water Group, led his team in organizing a company-wide team-building event at the group’s Mingyang Reclaimed Water Plant, themed "Hand in Hand, Striding Forward into a New Chapter—Now Is the Time to Shine and Achieve Greatness."
The Necessity and Implementation Strategies for Advanced Wastewater Treatment in Industrial Parks
With the rapid advancement of industrialization, wastewater discharge issues in industrial parks have become increasingly severe, threatening not only environmental sustainability but also challenging companies to fulfill their social responsibilities. As a result, deep treatment of park wastewater has become an urgent priority.
