Lin Jinhua stated: The Nanning–Fuzhou Chamber of Commerce is Guangxi’s first out-of-province chamber of commerce. Since its establishment in 2002, in addition to actively investing and developing in its host region, it has consistently prioritized the “Return‑to‑Hometown Initiative,” vigorously promoting the developmental strengths of its hometown, contributing to local infrastructure and social progress, and repaying the care and support of its hometown government. To date, it has facilitated the implementation of 17 return‑investment projects in the hometown, with a total investment exceeding RMB 3.66 billion. He added: “In recent years, ChangLe has achieved remarkable results in industrial upgrading and ecological governance, which are truly encouraging.
