On October 23, Zhang Fan and his delegation visited Guangxi Shengbang Group, Huahong Water Services Group, and Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgical Co., Ltd. (Fangchenggang City) to conduct a series of on-site inspection activities.

In the morning, Zhang Fan and his delegation visited the “Shengbang Binjiangfu” project, developed by Guangxi Shengbang Group—the enterprise of Wei Xiaodong, Honorary Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, and Wei Cunxiu, Executive Chairman—for an inspection and exchange. They gained a thorough understanding of the project’s planning philosophy, construction standards, market positioning, and operational model, and expressed their appreciation for Shengbang Group’s achievements in the real estate development sector.

Subsequently, Zhang Fan and his delegation visited the Mingyang Reclaimed Water Plant of Huahong Water Group, the enterprise owned by Chamber of Commerce President Lin Jinhua and Vice President Lin Taicheng.
