HuaHong Water Group Held Its 2025 Annual Summary Meeting.

To comprehensively review the work of 2025 and jointly chart the course for 2026, Huahong Water Services Group held its 2026 Work Conference on January 25 at the Mingyang Reclaimed Water Plant. The meeting was chaired by Lin Jinhua, Executive Director of the China Environmental Protection Industry Association, Executive Vice President of the Guangxi Environmental Protection Industry Association, Executive President of the Guangxi-Fujian General Chamber of Commerce, President of the Nanning-Fuzhou Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of Huahong Water Services Group. Attendees included company leaders, senior executives, heads of all departments, as well as heads of branch plants and project managers.
During the meeting, heads of various departments, as well as plant and project managers, presented their 2025 performance reports and 2026 work plans, followed by comments from the attending leaders. The session provided a comprehensive review of Huahong Water Group’s solid achievements in 2025: amid industry-wide challenges, the Group was successfully recognized as one of the first batch of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs for 2025; the Fushui Plant’s 964.72 kW distributed photovoltaic project was successfully connected to the grid, with self‑consumption now accounting for nearly 70% of its generated power; Fujian Company expanded its portfolio to include more than 100 village and town wastewater treatment plants; the Guiping Phase II project passed both engineering and environmental acceptance and has officially entered operation; the Huahong Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrade and renovation project in Longxu District, Wuzhou City, was selected for the Guangxi Environmental Protection Industry Association’s 2025 List of Demonstration Projects for Ecological and Environmental Protection in Guangxi; and construction of Building No. 2 at the Equipment Factory is essentially complete…
In her address, Group Vice President Li Yihua underscored that, amid the challenges of difficult accounts‑receivable collection and strained cash flow, all employees have demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and remarkable resilience, collectively safeguarding the company’s stable operations. Looking ahead, she urged everyone to remain united in purpose and spirit, weather the current difficulties together, and seize the opportunities of the next phase of growth.
Group President and General Manager Lin Taicheng, supported by detailed data, analyzed the challenges and opportunities posed by the current business environment—namely, the simultaneous decline in both revenue and cash collections—and outlined specific tasks for each functional area, including operations, equipment manufacturing, R&D, infrastructure, and finance. In the operations domain, he called for a systematic review of pilot‑project experiences in the photovoltaic sector to scale up the deployment of green power. In equipment manufacturing, he emphasized accelerating market‑oriented transformation and developing mature process packages ready for commercialization. In R&D, priority was given to tackling key issues such as energy conservation and consumption reduction—focusing on electricity, chemicals, and sludge—as well as advanced wastewater‑treatment technologies and measures to enhance management efficiency. Lin Taicheng urged all employees to embrace a spirit of “refusing to accept fate and daring to strive,” uniting their efforts, working diligently, and taking decisive action to reverse the current trajectory and drive the group’s high‑quality development.
In response to the new landscape, the meeting outlined the Group’s strategic roadmap for the future. “Confronted with the bottlenecks of our traditional operating model, we will pursue a transformation centered on asset-light operations, internationalization, and supply-chain synergy, establishing a three-tiered, interconnected framework spanning China, the Greater Pearl River Delta, and ASEAN,” said Lin Jinhua, who systematically laid out five key priorities for 2026: first, to develop the “Mingyang Comprehensive Environmental Governance Demonstration Project” into a closed-loop industrial‑chain showcase that is both replicable and exportable; second, to steadily advance our international business footprint by launching in the ASEAN market under an asset-light model; third, to deepen reforms of our equipment and sales systems, reinforcing the “front‑store, back‑factory” and “integrated production‑sales” models; fourth, to strengthen internal execution and drive innovation, ensuring that technology translates into tangible momentum for cost reduction and efficiency gains; and fifth, to continuously fortify our internal foundations by cultivating a learning‑oriented team, refining our incentive mechanisms, and solidifying the bedrock of sustainable growth.
Lin Jinhua stated: As Huahong’s first project and the autonomous region’s inaugural industrial‑park wastewater treatment plant, the Mingyang Reclaimed Water Plant embodies the company’s original vision nurtured over nearly two decades. Standing at this founding moment, the Group will forge ahead with the “Longma Spirit,” expand its market reach with a commitment to “instant success,” and, propelled by technology and driven by service, ride the waves in the blue ocean of the environmental protection industry—ensuring that the entire industrial chain takes root in Guangxi and thrives across ASEAN.
Attendees unanimously agreed that this meeting not only clarified the strategic direction but also laid out specific, quantifiable, and actionable pathways. Each business unit will establish a joint‑office mechanism to tackle key challenges—such as energy conservation and consumption reduction, as well as equipment R&D and upgrades—ensuring that all certifications translate into tangible operational benefits.
