On February 11, coinciding with the Lunar New Year’s “Little New Year,” Chen Hangxing, a member of the Standing Committee of the ChangLe District CPC Committee, Head of the United Front Work Department, and Director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Fuzhou New Area Management Committee in Fujian Province, led a delegation to pay a visit and extend condolences to Fujian Minggui Huahong Water Services Co., Ltd. Lin Jinhua, Executive Director of the China Environmental Protection Industry Association, Executive Vice President of the Guangxi Environmental Protection Industry Association, Executive President of the Guangxi‑Fujian General Chamber of Commerce, President of the Nanning‑Fuzhou Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of the Huahong Water Services Group, along with Zhou Zheng, Vice President of the Huahong Water Services Group and General Manager of Fujian Minggui Huahong Company, warmly received the delegation.

During the field visit, Chen Hangxing and his delegation first extended their condolences to frontline employees, then gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s operational status, its technological strengths, and the implementation results of the “Return‑to‑Hometown Project” in areas such as wastewater and waste‑water treatment, as well as third‑party environmental management. He fully commended MinGui HuaHong for heeding the call of the “Return‑to‑Hometown Project” and leveraging its professional expertise to support the ecological and environmental cause of its hometown, while encouraging the company to continue deepening its commitment to environmental technology, steadily enhancing its core competitiveness, and making even greater contributions to the region’s green development. Chen Hangxing noted that this year marks both the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan and a new starting point for the Fuzhou New Area as it accelerates the establishment of a modern industrial system. Looking ahead, the authorities will provide enhanced services and create more opportunities for enterprises returning to their hometowns, particularly in policy alignment and resource coordination.

Lin Jinhua expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the special visit and warm care extended by the leaders of his hometown. He stated that their trust and recognition serve as a powerful incentive for overseas entrepreneurs from Guangxi and Fujian to return home and start businesses. HuaHong Water Group will continue to act as a bridge, working in close collaboration with the local government to establish a model “Return‑to‑Hometown Initiative,” attracting more prominent hometown figures from outside the region to invest and develop enterprises, bringing back the technologies, experience, capital, and resources they have accumulated elsewhere. In doing so, the company will actively promote the return of talent, technology, and projects, thereby helping Changle become a national demonstration zone for a green, low‑carbon economy.
Following the conclusion of the field research, Fujian Minggui Huahong Co., Ltd. promptly convened an internal special meeting to systematically outline its strategic direction, focusing on strengthening internal management and enhancing operational efficiency. All employees rallied together, working with determination to establish Changle as the regional headquarters and develop a model project for comprehensive environmental pollution control. The company is also concentrating on emerging sectors such as artificial intelligence, environmental protection, new energy, and cross-border e‑commerce, ensuring that the demonstration effect of the “Return to Engineering” initiative translates into tangible results that drive the region’s green transformation.
